Refund Policy

Refund terms are shown on each event page and may differ by event and ticketing provider.

MIGO reservation policy (VIP sections and MIGO-ticketed events):

Reservations: Subject to availability; confirmed via email.

Cancellations: 24 hours before event: full refund.

No-show: Arrival within 30 minutes required.

Refunds: Non-refundable, non-transferable.

Entry: Valid ID and confirmation email needed.

Changes: Contact us 24 hours before the event at info@migoproductions.com.

Tickets purchased on Eventbrite follow the refund policy listed on that Eventbrite event.
